IntraCom's MUB-201 "Squawk Box"
The MUB-210 offers a cost effective means of expanding a computer to a full featured desktop speaker station. It may be used as a one channel squawk/talkback box or next to its host machine as an extension of the VCOM on screen control panel. In this configuration selection between the speaker/microphone and a rear panel dynamic mic headset can be made. With powerful echo cancellation, full duplex open speaker/open microphone operation is acheived. The MUB-201 can also be used as a very powerful selectable channel conference phone. This is especially useful if connected to a central VoIP telephone system, via VCOM's SIP interface compatibility. Using the host computer selector panel one may choose a conference group, direct individual station call, or a paging channel. Connected to a broadcast intercom system it becomes a general purpose headset or speaker station.
